\nFor refund an individual\/ group\/ corporate will have to raise a request within 7 days of purchase of the certification course. We guarantee the money back only if the access to the learning\/ downloaded material is less than 10% of the total course. Precisely, if an individual has accessed for more than 25% then money back guarantee stands null & void.<\/p>\n

FOR INSTRUCTOR LED LIVE ONLINE TRAINING<\/strong>
\nFor refund an individual\/group\/corporate will have to raise a request within the 7 Days of enrollment with us. Money back guarantee stands null & void if the participant\/group has accessed more than 10% of the e-learning content or attends live session of trainer or received recording for more than 1 day. Money back guarantee is also void, in case an individual\/ group user downloads the online material. If you raise a request after 7 days, no request will be entertained & no refund will be made to you.<\/p>\n

WAYS OF REFUND REQUEST<\/strong>
\n1) You need to send an official E-mail to our support team for the refund of the fees with valid reason. This refund request will then be reviewed by the admin team to further validate it and get it approved from the management.<\/p>\n
